Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Email your request to hello@displaycalifornia.com.

To be eligible for a return:

• No returns on custom made-to-order items (will be indicated).
• Merchandise must be in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories..
• Merchandise must not have been installed or altered in any way.
• Return credit will NOT include any previous shipping costs.

Please do not send your purchase back until you have received instructions.

Refunds
Credits will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once your return is approved. You can always contact us at hello@displaycalifornia.com.

Replacements
If your shipment arrived damaged, please email your name, order #, and which product(s) arrived damaged. One of our customer service reps will contact you and take care of your situation.

Cancellations
Provided that your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel it by emailing your name and order # to hello@displaycalifornia.com.
